I’m Kirill. I grew up in Russia and studied at ITMO university, where graduated with a Master’s Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. I stayed at the university for two more years studying for a PhD, but decided to focus on commercial projects. I immigrated to the United States in 2015.
I’m a long-time employee at DataArt. For the last years I work in the financial services sector; built and delivered enterprise-grade projects for some of the world’s largest institutions in financial services and capital markets, such as an investment platform for institutional finance, securities settlement platform, a digital money solution for payments and FX.
Prior to working in FinTech, I’ve been consulting and building technology solutions for startups in various industries. I’ve been lucky to see how these companies kick off and evolve during different periods in their life cycle.
Currently, as a solo technical founder I work on the Diggy. A visual and tactile computational environment that makes coding magnitudes easier, which will ultimately allow people start using programming languages in their daily life.
I live in New York City with my wife and our teenager. I love cycling.
